Re-reg - Online

Re-Registration message Online Learning

Registering for the first time is quite time consuming, so we have sped up the process for our returning families.  If your children are going to be staying in the same program as last year, (Online Learning, Teacher Directed), then you can follow this 2 part process that uses much of the information you provided last year. If students are switching programs, you will have to register just as a new student would through our website.

  1. Review info emailed to you on March 17th. (If you can not locate that email, please contact our office and we will send it to you again) Please check last year's registration info in that email, and if a correction needs to be made, please phone or email us that information.
    •  If all the information is correct or still applicable, you have two choices:
      • Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and digitally sign that all the info is correct.
        1. Here is a visual demo of this easy process (can only be completed on a laptop or computer, not phone app).
        2. If you have not created your PowerSchool Parent account yet, here are quick easy instructions for this process.
        3. If you have forgotten your password, please phone or email our office and Katelin can help you.
      • OR Print, sign, scan and email us the last year reg info package from the email (Canada Post ok as well).

  2. Complete a PEP form (Personal Education Plan) for each student.
    • This document lets us know which courses are to be Online Learning (TD) and which are to be Homeschool (PD). In Junior High, this is where options are selected, and in Senior High, this is where all course selections are made.

There is no need to fill out a resource order form as we will send resources according to the courses chosen in the PEP form. Important to note that until BOTH these steps are completed, students are not considered fully registered, and we cannot send resources out for the 2021-22 school year - as we do not know the courses your child has selected.

As always, if you have any questions, you are welcome to call our office for help. We hope cutting down on the lengthy form filling will be more convenient for your family and we look forward to another year as partners in learning!
